The back garden is shared with the owner and includes patio seating and views over a pond and neighbouring gardens. Private parking for two cars is on site, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, along with fuel for the burner to get you started.

The village has a pub within walking distance and a local history tied to Garsington Manor. The setting suits couples seeking a quiet base for exploring the area or simply watching the seasons change across the surrounding countryside. Note that the garden contains an unfenced pond, and smoking is not permitted inside.
