Waterperry Gardens occupies 20 acres of ornamental landscaping in rural South Oxfordshire, and The Coach House at Waterperry Gardens sits within its grounds. This single-storey property was originally a coach house to the main residence, now converted into self-catering accommodation. The village of Wheatley lies nearby, with countryside walks and cycling routes easily accessible from here.

The open-plan ground floor has a living area with Freeview TV, dining space, and a kitchen where you can cook proper meals. One bedroom contains a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (convertible to two singles) plus two 3ft bunk beds, giving the six-person capacity. Two bathrooms serve the property—one with both bath and shower cubicle, the other with shower cubicle only—plus a separate toilet and utility area. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. A car park is on site, and one dog stays free (it must be kept on a lead within the shared gardens).

Guests have access to Waterperry Gardens' plant centre, gallery, gift shop and tea shop without needing to leave the grounds. No smoking is permitted inside.
