The Old Dairy is a ground-floor cottage on Meadowbrook Farm near Thame, converted from farm buildings and set within 500 acres of working land. You walk into an open-plan living space that combines the sitting room, dining area and kitchen in one room, with an electric woodburner for warmth and a smart TV. Two bedrooms lead off this central space: one with a double bed, the other with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher are all here, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. Behind the cottage, an enclosed garden with seating gives you outdoor space, and there is private parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free.
The farm sits between Thame and Moreton, a quiet location if you want it, though Thame's market town centre with shops, restaurants and a weekly market is close by. You can walk the farm's grounds and see the Hereford cattle and horses, or use the area as a base for visiting Waddesdon Manor (National Trust) or exploring by cycle on the Phoenix Trail. No smoking inside the cottage.
