Not the best place to go if you are skinny. I kept falling down the back of the seat. The slushes taste like chemicals and tbh I couldnt focus on the film because the quality was horrendous. Being followed to the toilet after the film was interesting to say the least. Ive never seen a man enjoying himeslf in that way at the cinema before.

This Cineworld could really improve the overall customer cinema experience. The screens, seating, and facilities feel dated and need upgrading to match some of the newer Cineworld locations as well as competitors already offering game changing movie experiences with luxury seating, epic laser projection, and more modern facilities. Could not even sit comfortably for the length of movie on the seats. Customer service at the counter was also inconsistent. Some staff members were very good and welcoming, but others came across as abrupt and not particularly customer friendly. Overall, the cinema has potential, but significant improvements in facilities and customer experience would make a big difference.

Disgusting behaviour and attitude from staff. Me and my 7 year old visit this cinema on the regular. We booked in and was told screen 8 to watch minions. The adverts prior to the film end up being adult averts, due to us being in the wrong screen. So my 7 year old seen someone being stabbed and some bloke trying to kill him self. I ran out of the room to the front counter. When I approached the staff at the front desk he started to laugh at me. Like it was some Sorta joke. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
