What guests say
I and my husband stayed for one night on Friday - 17/07/26, while travelling down to London. From the moment we arrived, Aidan at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service, making check-in quick and easy. Our double room, which included a small sofa bed, was clean, spacious, and a great size for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that the room temperature was perfect throughout the night, making for a very relaxing sleep. The hotel's convenient location just off the motorway made it an ideal stopover on our journey. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location. Very near the shops (you have to watch the traffic as it's on a large roundabout which is very busy. You have a very large M&S right next door to a Sainsburys. On the other side is a TK Max/Costa Cofee and Burger King. Bolt taxes are relativy cheap. We took one to the Cathedral and it was under £7. The weekend we went to this hotel it was fully booked as they had a very large party staying due to an Indian wedding. We thought the breakfast in the morning would be packed but fortunately for us it wasn't as we went in early. Nice place to stay.

The staff made our stay magical!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay feel genuinely special. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. A wonderful stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning 100% - also very close to shops, parking, electric vehicle charging

We stayed here last year when attending Slam Dunk Festival and decided to book again for the convenience. It was insanely expensive for what it is but overall the stay was good. The beds are comfy and the rooms were cool which was nice to come back to after spending all day in the heatwave. However, on checking in after the festival the woman on reception at that time made mocking comments about how much we were paying for one night and literally said “well the boss will be happy to take your money”. She also seemed genuinely annoyed that we were festival attendees staying there, giving side eyes to me as I waited for my friend to pay and smirking like she thought something was funny. Ruined what was otherwise a great day.
