What visitors say

This place was very fun. The pool was big and spacious and the jacuzzi was super cozy. The slides were really fun as well. The two flumes were unique and thrilling, especially the one that had a big drop at the end. The tyre ride was kinda annoying because of how you would get stuck at some sections and the lifeguard had to push you but overall it was nice. Its a good place to go in Jersey if you're looking for thrills!

Very disappointed with our experience this morning. My girlfriend is still building her confidence in the water and prefers to stay close to the wall while swimming. During our session, another swimmer in our lane was repeatedly telling her to move, wait, and generally speaking to her in a demanding and rude manner. Instead of being able to enjoy our swim, she was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When a lifeguard came over, I tried to explain that my girlfriend was intentionally staying by the wall because it helps her feel safe while she gains confidence. Unfortunately, I felt I wasn't given the chance to explain properly, as I was repeatedly talked over and dismissed. Rather than helping the situation, the interaction left us feeling even more unwelcome. What was particularly frustrating was that other swimmers in the lane were incredibly understanding. One lady kindly said she had been exactly the same when she first started swimming, and another gentleman encouraged my girlfriend to take her time. Their kindness was appreciated and showed much more understanding than we received from the member of staff. The experience became so unpleasant that we left after only around 20 minutes, despite paying for the session. Swimming should be welcoming to people of all abilities and confidence levels, and unfortunately that was not our experience.

I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by my experience here. When we arrived, we were informed that there had been an incident involving diarrhoea in one of the pools and were directed to use a smaller pool instead. A short while later, staff told us that the affected pool was now safe to use, explaining that the water had been changed and disinfected as an extra precaution. Based on this reassurance, my children and I went into the pool. However, after we had been swimming for around an hour, staff then informed everyone that there was still diarrhoea in the pool and that it had been seen floating past. We were told to leave the water immediately. This was shocking and deeply concerning, particularly as we had previously been assured that the pool was safe. Unfortunately, my daughter and I spent the rest of that day and the following day suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. While I cannot say with certainty what caused our illness, the timing was very concerning given the circumstances. Overall, I found the handling of this incident unacceptable. Health and safety should be a top priority, and I do not feel the situation was managed appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this venue.

Most of the times I have visited, not all the areas are open. The times during the week aren't great, meaning that anyone who would like to go for a swim after work/school are not able to. I think this place would do a lot better if their times were more accessible, especially being that there aren't any swim places in town. The whole place is worn down, and considering the prices they charge, I don't believe it to be good value for money.
