Sun Valley-Tranquillity

Sun Valley-Tranquillity is a single-storey cottage where everything unfolds on one level. You step straight into an open-plan living space that combines lounge, dining and kitchen in one flowing area. The lounge has a woodburner, a sofa bed and a television with streaming capability. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and slow cooker all present. Beyond this, a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room complete the layout.

An enclosed, south-facing patio opens directly onto the garden, with seating and a barbecue. One car can park on site. The cottage sits within woodland on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, within easy reach of local pubs and shops less than a mile away. Walks start from the doorstep; Rudyard Lake is nearby for water activities, and Leek town centre is a 15-minute drive. The Caldon Canal offers further walking and cycling routes with canalside pubs along the way. One pet stays free. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, and the woodburner's initial fuel is included. No smoking.
