The Arch House

Ashbourne sits on the edge of the Peak District, well-placed for walking and exploring the wider landscape. The Arch House is a detached property on the outskirts of town, with private parking for five vehicles and an electric charging point. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it suitable for two families or a group of friends.

Downstairs, a kitchen with electric cooker, range, dishwasher and American fridge freezer opens into a dining area with plenty of natural light. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has an electric woodburner and Smart TV; patio doors lead to a garden with lawn, patio and barbecue. A double bedroom on this floor connects to a shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite bath and shower, a kingsize with ensuite shower, and a twin with ensuite shower. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The house has underfloor heating throughout, and essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There is no smoking in the property.

A bike store is available, and a travel cot or highchair can be provided on request. The detached setting means you have the run of the whole place without shared access or neighbouring guests.
