The farmhouse has two bedrooms sleeping five in total—a double with hill views and a second room with three single beds—plus two bathrooms. The ground floor holds a living room with a stone fireplace and log burner, a kitchen with a dining room beyond it, and a shower room and separate WC.

The property sits alone on a working farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands, surrounded by open countryside and the sound of a nearby river. A pub lies within a mile. The landscape suits walkers and anyone drawn to rural quiet; Flash village and Buxton are accessible for shops and amenities. The farmhouse shares an entrance and boot room with an adjoining property, The Grange, though each has its own separate internal door. Smoking is not permitted inside.
