What visitors say
My go to, I love this cinema. It's comfy and spacious, clean, affordable prices, never find it too cold or too quiet or too loud. Genuinely always an enjoyable experience. If I had to use one word to describe it: reliable. I do think during school holidays the uptake is way more and the experience isn't the same so that's probably where some peoples complaints come from. I do avoid it during school holidays but otherwise it's my trusty go to. Not really anything to complain about it's just not on the level of an odeon luxe or a showcase for luxury, but it fulfills its role well it's a very solid cinema.

Visited during the week in the evening for the last showing. Screen 3 seats were not fully cleaned from the previous show. Popcorn scattered on the seat. However, seats were comfortable and plenty of leg space.

Lovely local cinema, I’m a regular here. Great prices, only £6.99 even cheaper online. Big screens with excellent speakers, enriches the big screen experience. Food is a mixed bag, nachos are decent though. Customer service is excellent, very friendly & attentive staff.

I attended Vue Staines to watch Backrooms in Screen 2 and genuinely questioned whether I had entered the wrong screen. The issue wasn’t the film. It was the condition of the auditorium. There was visible rubbish, used tissues and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the seating area. The screen appeared not to have been properly checked or cleaned before admitting the next audience. For a major cinema chain charging customers for the full cinema experience, basic hygiene and presentation should not be optional. The most disappointing part is that the film itself was enjoyable, yet the condition of the auditorium became the thing I remember most. Customers should not be sitting amongst rubbish left behind from previous screenings and wondering whether any cleaning checks were carried out at all. Based on this experience, Vue Staines fell well below the standard I expected.

Visitors say this cinema offers comfortable seating with ample legroom, large screens, and excellent sound quality, along with a good selection of snacks. They also highlight the affordable ticket prices, friendly staff, and convenient free parking after 6 PM.
Some reviews mention the auditoriums can be poorly maintained.
