The property dates to around 1800 and comes as yours alone, with space for four people across two bedrooms—a kingsize and two singles—and one bathroom. A woodburner in the living room, oil central heating, and all essentials (electricity, bed linen, towels, wifi) are provided; the initial logs for the fire are included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge, so you can prepare meals properly if you want to, while a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer handles laundry.

The garden has a sitting area, furniture and a BBQ for outdoor evenings. Parking on site fits two cars, and there's a bike store if you bring machines. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The location puts you within reach of walking trails, the River Balvaig (fishing permits available locally), and several golf courses—Gleneagles is 50 minutes away. The village shop and pub are walkable, and from here you can explore Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument, or the cycle route from Callander to Killin. Be aware the garden access involves 15 steps, there are spiral stairs at the property, and children need supervision outside. No smoking is permitted indoors.
