Lochside Holidays - Lochside House

Lochside House is a substantial stone building occupying the right-hand side of a dual property on the shore of Loch Katrine. Dating in character and built to last, it stands within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park with views across the water from the main living spaces. The property is entirely self-contained: you have exclusive use of all five bedrooms, three bathrooms and communal areas, with parking for five cars on site.

Inside, a living room with woodburner and smart TV opens onto dining space and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. Five bedrooms sleep ten: one kingsize with ensuite, another kingsize also with ensuite, and three further bedrooms with pairs of single beds. A shower room with walk-in shower serves the remaining bedrooms. Essentials including wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The property does not permit smoking or group celebrations of any kind.

Stronachlachar Pier lies moments away, where a passenger ferry calls daily, and the Pier Café serves coffee and light meals with views of the loch. This is quiet countryside—suitable for families, friends gathering for a week away, or anyone seeking time outdoors in a landscape of lochs and mountains. One dog travels free.
