We visited for the 1st time today with my 7 year old son. We aren't climbers so complete beginners. We were made to feel welcome and the basics of what to expect were explained. The instructors were great, they're super friendly and patient. Sometimes my son doesn't like to join in with new things right away, he needs a chance to watch and come back. Thank you to the team for making him feel so welcome he had a go on his first day! There is a good mix of encouragement and coaching from the staff. They were encouraging to my son with zero pressure. Would recommend

Great climbing walls. Staff are really helpful & friendly. Good facilities. Very good range of bouldering levels and climbing levels to suit everyone.

Second time visiting as we live about 180 miles away, which is a real pity as a great place. Staff are very friendly and give good advice. The climbs are great and some have good height as in an old mill. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fab place. Took my daughter here this morning. The staff are really friendly and supportive and let children do things at their own pace. Wonderful team. Damien and his colleague (i couldn't remember his name) were brilliant.
