The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double with ensuite shower, a king and a single that pulls out to create two singles. Downstairs, the living room centres on a log-burner for cooler months, while the kitchen/dining area opens to both front and rear gardens through French doors. A separate ground-floor toilet, plus a first-floor bathroom with bath and over-shower, serve the household. Smart TVs are in the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, as is the initial load of wood for the burner.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio and seating; the front offers similar garden furniture. Private parking for three cars is on site. The house is no-smoking throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
