The open-plan living space centres on a wood burner, with French doors opening to a patio and enclosed front garden where you can eat outside or light a barbecue. Three bedrooms comprise a kingsize with ensuite shower, a second kingsize, and a twin room; the second bathroom has both bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics covered.

Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. Parking for two cars sits on site, with an electric vehicle charging point available. The wood burner's initial fuel comes with the property. A travel cot and highchair are provided if needed.
