The Coach House sits on the grounds of a working pub where live music plays regularly and the kitchen serves substantial food. The property itself is a separate 18th-century building with exposed beams and a period staircase, accessed via a single step and set back from a quiet country lane. You have the whole place to yourself, sleeping up to five across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main living space.
Downstairs holds the living and dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with electric cooking and a full set of appliances including a dishwasher, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed (4ft 6in), one with a single (3ft)—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. You also have use of the owners' 2½-acre garden, which includes river frontage and a fishing stream, plus a patio with furniture and a barbecue.
Warwick is eight miles away; the Cotswolds and Vale of Evesham are within reach. There are tennis courts and a playground within walking distance. No smoking inside the property.

Nice atmosphere, but staff wasn’t prepared when we came in for our reservation. We let that slide but when we sat down the table was quite sticky to the touch and we weren’t told we have to go up to order… once we finally ordered we waited almost 50 minutes and the food didn’t arrive, we left and we didn’t even get a apology or explanation. A couple who came in after us got food before us… 👀

Really enjoyed our visit to The Coach House. The pub has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. It’s also super dog-friendly — they even had water and treats ready for our pup, which was a great touch. A perfect spot to relax in Stratford with good vibes all around.

Came for an impromptu meal this week for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. There was 9 of us and they had no problems with fitting us in. Calum and Nate were serving us and they were great! Very friendly and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was a good variety of options. Would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point
