The Stable
Stroud

Stroud's position in the Cotswolds puts you within reach of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bath, along with walking-distance access to local shops and a food-serving pub. The Stable stands on a working farm, a former cider house and horse shelter that's been carefully converted while keeping its original character—elm timbers and fragments of the old press remain visible throughout.
The ground floor opens into one living space that combines sitting, dining and cooking areas, with a full kitchen including electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi come as standard, and heating and electricity are included. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.
Outside, you get a private enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. There's parking on site, plus an EV charging point if required. One dog is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout. Slimbridge and Cheltenham racecourse are both easily reached from here.
