Nice place to visit. Paid parking £1 per hour or £5 for the day. Toilet near car park and also more toilets around near park about 5 mins walk left turn from the cafe. Cafe nice and reasonably priced and good quality. Good place for walking for visiting with family.

Came here over the weekend and it's was a lovely place to be, great views, nice walk and a little cafè. There's a play ground for kids which looked nice. Plus you can walk around the village which has shops to look in. Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the beautiful views

Amazing country park set right in the unique village of Claire. Complete with its ancient castle remains and well preserved station buildings, this is a must for any visitors to this area. An ideal place to walk the dog, jog or cycle, the station building has an excellent cafe. Just a shame that the local heritage railway doesn’t get this far. A single line track would have made the park a major tourist attraction. However the village itself has many coffee shops, tea-rooms and pubs that provide food and beverages for all tastes. This place is a gem and do walk up to the castle top to see the view.
