Saddlers is a single-bedroom converted barn on a working equestrian property in Ashen, near Sudbury. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, a bedroom with a zip-and-link kingsize bed, and a shower room. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there is private parking for two cars and an on-site electric vehicle charging point.

The property sits in quiet countryside, with a front garden and seating area where you can watch the horses in the paddocks. Sudbury, a market town with riverside walks and connections to Thomas Gainsborough's House, is a short drive away. The area suits walkers and cyclists exploring the Dedham Vale and quieter lanes around Ashen. One pet is welcome to stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted.
