Clovelly Place

Clovelly Place works well for couples, small families, or friends sharing – the layout gives everyone their own space without feeling cramped. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed that sleeps two, a kitchen with a full range of appliances, and a sunroom leading to the back garden. Upstairs there's a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The garden has seating and a barbecue; parking for one car is on site.

Newton sits within walking distance of Mumbles, where the promenade, pier, and local shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. Langland and Caswell bays are close by for swimming and water sports, and the Gower Peninsula's coastal paths stretch towards Three Cliffs Bay and Rhossili. Swansea's museums and waterfront are a short drive away. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; one well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.
