Might you fancy spending your holiday a short walk from one of the Gower Peninsula's finest stretches of sand? Caswell Bay Motorhomes is a tiny, peaceful off-grid meadow site with just a handful of pitches, five minutes' stroll from Caswell's beautiful beach. The level grass pitches make settling in straightforward, though do note there's no electricity, no showers and no street lighting, so bring a reliable torch and plan accordingly. Portable chemical loos, mains water from a standpipe and recycling bins cover the basics.
What this small site lacks in facilities it makes up for in location. You're twenty minutes' drive from central Swansea and ideally placed for exploring most of the Gower's main beaches, from the popular family sands at The Mumbles to quieter coves dotted along the coast. Dogs aren't permitted as the field is surrounded by grazing horses and sheep. For supplies, Bishopton village (a fifteen-minute walk) has a convenience store, pubs, takeaways and a farm shop.

Simple well kept field, with bins and water. No showers or toilet. On the pricier side but you're paying for location. Lovely owners, quiet, and a 2 minute walk from the Wales coast path, with easy access to brandy cove, pwll du etc - Caswell Bay is only a 10/15 minute walk or a few minutes drive too.
