Sea Breeze is a single-storey detached bungalow standing above The Mumbles, the coastal village at the gateway to the Gower Peninsula. The property has been restored and furnished as a family home rather than a holiday rental, with access via just two steps to the entrance. Everything is on the ground floor: a living and dining room with a 40-inch Smart TV, a kitchen with two electric ovens and a dishwasher, three bedrooms (sleeping six in total), a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and direct access to an enclosed patio with garden furniture. The garage holds a freezer, washing machine and table tennis table, and there is bike storage on site. Parking for two cars comes with the property, plus additional street parking is available nearby.

The Mumbles sits on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a working lighthouse, pier, and cafés along the promenade. Mumbles Hill Nature Reserve, with its war-time bunkers and views over the Gower and Bristol Channel, backs onto the property. Langland Bay, Caswell Bay and Pwll Du Bay are all within 15 minutes by car, offering rock pools, water sports and beach walks. The wider area is known for hand-caught seafood and hosts the annual Oyster Festival. Swansea itself is four miles away. Essentials are included: wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
