Walk straight into Sea Haven's open-plan living space, where everything sits on one level. A washing machine is built in. The whole property is yours alone, and one car can park in the shared drive.

You're set just outside Mumbles, within striking distance of Limeslade Beach and several coastal walks. An ice cream parlour is nearby, and the village itself—home to restaurants, pubs and Oystermouth Castle—sits 1.5 miles away. The seafront promenade with its cafés and independent shops is within easy reach on foot. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi come as standard; the back garden has sitting-out space and furniture. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
