Our stay at Leonardo Hotel Swindon was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. However, what truly made our stay special was Tatyana at reception. She went far above and beyond what you would normally expect from a receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. A big thank you to Tatyana for making our visit so memorable. She is a real credit to Leonardo Hotel Swindon, and we hope the hotel recognizes what an outstanding member of staff they have. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Swindon.

We had a very pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Amy Andrews at reception, who truly went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a real difference to our experience. We can’t thank her enough for her outstanding customer service. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff are great and the hotel location is good. Just a short walk to bus stops and the main street just a little further. We found the bed very comfortable and we're facing the back of the hotel away from street noise. We opted for a basic room, so the bathroom was rather dated, but the everything was clean and fit for purpose - no complaints. There was a large TV in the room,a small table and two chairs. The only thing missing was a small fridge. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Very good hotel. Have stayed here several times, would definitely recommend. Helpful, polite and efficient staff. Clean spacious rooms. Very good variety in breakfast; hot cooked, and continental. Good parking options very close to the hotel. Centrally located. A few minutes drive from the McArthur Glenn Swindon Designer Outlet, and a few minutes walk to the train station and town centre. Only discrepancy was breakfast end time. Apart from that, everything else was very good.
