What visitors say
Absolutely gutted this was the best inflatable for my daughter and husband. But we came today and the old inflatable has been replaced with a smaller one and it's not as good, daughter got bored of it within the first few minutes. Considering a smaller one has been bought you would think the price would reflect this but no still charging a lot for something no where near as good, unfortunately won't be back.

Social media posts for May half term show the old inflatable! The green inflatable has been replaced with much smaller blue and red inflatable. Fewer slides, fewer climbing areas and only 2 small assault courses on the inflatable compared to the massive one which used to go around the edge which was great for chasing and playing hide and seek. Positives: It was clean and pretty empty.

I visited Total Ninja Manchester today with my daughter, having been several times in the past, but unfortunately this will probably be our last visit. We were really disappointed to see that the large inflatable park has been replaced with a much smaller version. The ninja course also doesn’t feel as challenging or exciting as it used to be. A few years ago, the foam pits added an extra element of difficulty and fun, whereas the padded flooring now makes some sections much easier and takes away some of the challenge. The one positive was the member of staff monitoring the ninja park (sorry didn’t catch his name). He was fantastic, giving people tips, encouraging children, and making the effort to interact with everyone using the course. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff on the inflatable section. They appeared to spend most of the time sitting together chatting or on their phones rather than actively supervising the children, which was disappointing to see. Overall, after previously enjoying our visits, we left after only around 30 minutes as we were. The changes have really affected the experience, and sadly we wouldn’t return.

We have been many times before and had loads of fun. But visited on 1st of June and when we went in the original inflatable part was gone replaced with hardly half of what was there before. Very disappointed, this should be made clear at the time of the booking as kids got bored very quickly. Think reducing prices by around 30% would be fair as it is not good enough. We will definitely not be back until this is rectified.
