My partner stayed at Travelodge for three days. Overall, the experience was okay — nothing special, but you do get what you pay for. The room was decent and had everything needed for a short stay. The atmosphere was a bit mixed, with a variety of guests, which may not suit everyone, but it wasn’t a major issue. One of the highlights was the reception staff — they were very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference to the stay. Overall, it was an average experience with good service from the staff.

Great experience overall. They didn't clean the room even though I put the sign on the door handle to do so? And the room was really small, there was 4 of us and we was really squished. Besides this I would visit again and request a bigger room and I'd ask the receptionist this time if our room can be cleaned :)

It would be good to stay if not the main issue - noise!!! Noise which being produced by maintanance team. It specially one who walked back and forward by the corridor with his speaker. I'm peaceful and friendly person but I was forced to ask him to switch the speaker off cause 5 hours of sleep just not enough. I'm not against music and do like the songs played but it's not the right time and place. I have a jobs across the UK and I do night shifts. In most places I worked, music/radio is not allowed for at least five reasons! Safety hazards, reduced concentration, communication barrier, and etc. Guys who holds the licence has to know! Travelodge is Travelodge there's nothing to add about it. Affordable price, clean sheets, parking space and shower. Nearby is Sainsbury's, and B&Q. Three stars for sure, minus 1 for the noise. I would advise Travelodge to take care about their gutters-it has multiple leakages around and can bring more damage to the building.

Friendly woman on reception on arrival, very helpful. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom, multiple blood and mud stains on the walls and fittings. Mattress was old and bowed. Family complained of a strong drug smell. Must do better
