4 Red Rock

Teignbridge

View on Google Maps

Dawlish Warren sits on Devon's south coast as a quieter counterpart to its neighbour Dawlish, known for the sand spit that curves into the sea and the nature reserve that protects it. The area draws walkers, birdwatchers and families wanting a seaside base without the crowds. 4 Red Rock is a three-bedroom flat here, on the ground floor with its own entrance and patio garden.

The layout is straightforward: one double bedroom, one twin and one bunk room sleep six, with a single bathroom containing both bath and shower. The open-plan living space has patio doors onto the garden, useful for natural light and direct access outside. A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook properly, and there's a washing machine for longer stays. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; parking is on site.

The Warren's main draw is the nature reserve itself, home to rare birds and plants on the protected sand spit. Dawlish proper, a ten-minute walk away, has the long sandy beach, a Victorian seafront park with a brook running through town, and the railway station serving both the coast and inland Devon. The exposed railway line that hugs the shore here is famous among train enthusiasts. The flat suits families and small groups looking for a straightforward coastal stay; it's not smoking throughout.
