2 The Folly's is a single-storey lodge set within a 2-acre estate near Newton Abbot. The whole property is yours alone, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodation for four. A king bed and en-suite occupy one bedroom; two single beds and a shower room the other. The living and dining space opens onto gardens and a patio, while the kitchen has what you need to self-cater—electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. One dog stays free, with a warm outdoor tap for washing.

The lodge sits on the edge of Abbotskerswell village, within reach of a country pub and local shops on foot. The grounds are shared with other properties on the estate; parking for two cars is private to you, and an EV charger is available. A utility room with washing machine serves the site. The village itself lies a short drive from Compton Castle and other attractions across Devon. No smoking indoors.
