Large groups and extended families will find Ashcombe - The Cider Barn accommodates up to 16 people across eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The conversion sits on elevated ground above a secluded valley near Dawlish in Teignbridge, with private gardens and parking. An outdoor heated swimming pool (open April to October) and enclosed patio are part of the grounds.
The property is laid out across two floors. Ground level includes a living room with a 55" Smart TV, dining room, and a kitchen fitted with two dishwashers, range cooker, and American-style fridge freezer—practical for catering to a crowd. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor; four more occupy the first floor. Most bedrooms have king or linked single beds; one offers a double. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is provided. Bed linen, towels, wifi, electricity, heating and logs for the wood burner are all included. One dog can stay free.
Dartmoor's walking trails are roughly 20 minutes away. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Quite an experience getting to this place but what an absolute stunner once your there. Gorgeous house with every amenity you could possibly need infact double of 2 dishwashers !!! 2 toasters 2 kettles. Loads of fridge space washing machine/ tumble dryer. You name it its there. Beautifully set out rooms with bathrooms either in or opposite every single one. Views are unreal. This just has everything for a large group to mingle. Oh and an electric car charging point if needed . We were a hen party of 12. And we had ample space inside and out and loads of room for our cars. Also outdoor pool on the house but a indoor pool just 5 mins away. Shooting range and quad bike adventure 7 mins away. ( this is can recommend)

We go away each year as a large family group. We've stayed in many large holiday lets with three generations of our family. The Cider Barn has to be up there as one of my favourite places to stay. It's in such an idyllic, remote location accessed by steep and narrow lanes typical of those found in rural Devon. The Barn was well equipped with wonderfully comfortable beds. The two complimentary bottles of Ashcombe estate cider were very well received also, so much so that I've been trying to buy some to have at home!

Clean house in a great location, upstairs bedrooms a little cramp...not over looked at end of a steep drive... swimming pool warm if not a bit small but larger pool indoors about 1 mile away to use with games room...wouldn't recommend walking too ..

Perfect private large holiday house with great Devon landscape views and a private plunge pool in summer. Sleeps up to 16 people. EV charging, fast broadband, smart TV and Bluetooth speaker all as standard.
