Inside, everything is on one level. There's a living room with wood burner and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, and a utility room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en-suite shower and heated towel rail; bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double and twin beds respectively. Each bedroom has a TV. The family bathroom has both bath and walk-in shower. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included.

The location puts you within reach of the Devon coast and its beaches—Teignmouth and other resorts are roughly 30 minutes away by car. The Travellers Rest pub is a short walk down the lane. No smoking throughout the property.
