Coastguard Cottage comes ready for a self-catering break, with everything essential provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi all included. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A 40-inch television, gas fire and comfortable seating fill the open-plan living space. Two double bedrooms and a shower room upstairs mean four guests can stay in comfort. Outside, an enclosed patio with garden furniture overlooks the sea, and there's a useful storeroom for beach kit and bicycles.
The cottage sits above Teignmouth's seafront, positioned high enough to catch sea views while staying sheltered from storms. The Ferry Boat Inn is nearby for evenings out. Shops, cafés and the beach at Dawlish Warren are within easy reach. Parking is on road. Please note the garden has a significant drop behind a low wall, and the property cannot accommodate children under 16 years old. Smoking is not permitted.
