Seaspray

Dawlish's traditional seafront is steps away from Seaspray, a terraced cottage positioned to capture unobstructed views across the beach towards Lyme Bay and Torbay. The Devon town's golden sands and seafront attractions—including Ye Olde Jolly Sailor nearby—make this a natural base for a seaside escape, whether you want to swim, walk or simply watch the water change colour through the day.

The ground floor combines living and dining in one open space, with a woodburner, Smart TV, and bi-fold doors that open directly onto a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals; a separate toilet sits handily by the entrance. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The terrace at the back has outdoor furniture for six to eight, and a gated patio at the front includes storage for beach kit and bikes. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. One car can park off-road 200 yards away (permit provided). The property sleeps six and is yours alone; one dog stays free. The terrace wall drops 33 metres, so this isn't suitable for those with mobility concerns or young children who might need constant watching at height. No smoking inside.
