Oak Lodge is a single-storey contemporary build in woodland countryside near Exeter, part of a larger resort development. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living area with woodburner and smart TV flows into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and two ensuite bedrooms provide space for four people. The main bedroom has a king bed and roll-top bath; the second has zip-and-link twins with walk-in shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and wi-fi come as standard, and a cot and highchair are available if needed.
The property opens directly onto a decked terrace, where a private hot tub sits ready year-round. Beyond this immediate garden lies 6 acres of shared woodland grounds—fishing is available on-site, and the quiet setting suits walking and cycling. Two cars can park on the private plot, with additional spaces elsewhere on the resort. Smoking is not permitted. The lodge does not accommodate children aged 2 to 14; one child over 10 may be accepted by prior arrangement.
