Over Lake Apartment

Over Lake Apartment is a first-floor unit built around an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and lounge into one room. A 50-inch smart TV, patio doors onto a decked area, and straightforward cooking facilities—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave—make it easy to settle in for a few days. The single bedroom has a kingsize bed and French doors to a balcony; the bathroom includes a shower over the bath.

The hot tub sits on the decking outside, private to the apartment. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One car can park on site; more space is available on request. The property overlooks a lake in its grounds where fishing is permitted. Teignbridge puts you within reach of Dartmoor's walking and riding routes, and the village of Bovey Tracey—with its cafés, restaurants and shops—is nearby. Please note: no smoking is permitted inside.
