Outside thereâs a garden area with lawn, furniture and hot tub, and gated off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 1.3 miles. Springwell Lodge makes a wonderful retreat in Exeter. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please be aware due to the property location, there is some road noise.
