Squirrels

Squirrels works well for families or groups of friends wanting a full house to themselves. The property sits in a quiet residential part of Teignmouth, with a garden that catches the sun and looks toward the sea. The beach is a 20-minute downhill walk away, passing through parkland and woodland on the way. From here you can explore South Devon and Torbay, or reach Dartmoor without much difficulty.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, the living room has comfortable seating and a smart TV; the kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for proper cooking and laundry; a dining room and conservatory provide separate spaces. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed and ensuite shower, one with a kingsize bed, and two with bunk beds each. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Private parking fits two cars, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The house is non-smoking. Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
