Orestone House is a substantial coastal property split across two independent living areas, sleeping ten guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge freezer, alongside an open plan living and dining space. The first floor holds a king-size bedroom with ensuite, two further bedrooms (one with single beds, one with bunks), and a shower room. A second kitchen and living area occupy the lower ground floor, alongside a double bedroom with walk-in shower and patio access. Both levels open onto terraces with sea views and garden furniture; the rear lawn extends to a patio with sun loungers. Two sun terraces, gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included. There is private parking for two cars.
This layout suits extended families or groups wanting to cook and relax together while still having separate quarters to retreat to. A cot and highchair are available, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. SeaSports Southwest is nearby for water sports. The house does not permit smoking. Fourteen steps lead to the entrance.
