Linley Farm Cottages - Dairy Cottage

Dairy Cottage is a converted farm building on a three-acre site near Clacton-on-Sea, part of a courtyard of holiday cottages with countryside views and space for wildlife. The whole property is yours alone, set on grounds where you can explore or simply sit in the patio garden. Everything is on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two more, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a wet room with bath, shower and grab rails. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the shared laundry room.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved dog stays free. There is parking for two or three cars on site. The nearest shop is about 500 yards away and a pub is two miles off. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

The location sits between Clacton and Brightlingsea, within reach of Colchester, walking country along nearby creeks, and villages across the area including Dedham and Constable country. The Essex coast is close by, with boating and fishing available at a local lake.
