Willow Tree Cottage is a ground-floor conversion on a working farm estate near Clacton-on-Sea, with direct access and level entry throughout. Everything you need for a family stay fits on one storey: two bedrooms (one double, one with bunks), two bathrooms with bath and shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals. The property sleeps six and comes with cot and highchair if needed. Parking for two or three cars sits on site, and you have a patio with garden furniture overlooking the communal grounds.

The farm sits within two acres of landscaped grounds with wildlife and connecting walks down to the creek. Nearby villages like Brightlingsea and Wivenhoe are within thirty minutes' drive, and Colchester with its castle and restaurants is close by. The coast and walking country are on the doorstep. One dog is welcome. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. A shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
