Cottage 3 at Oaklands Farm is a single-bedroom annexe on the grounds of a working farm in East Tytherley, within Test Valley. Everything sits on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a shower room. The kitchen has an electric hob and microwave for cooking; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One car parks on site, and a small patio offers outdoor seating.
The farm has a shared tennis court (bring your own rackets) and a pond in the grounds. One well-behaved pet stays free. There is no separate enclosed garden, so dogs need to be on a lead. The cottage does not accept children. Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am. Nearby, Salisbury is within reach for shopping and restaurants, and various country attractions are scattered through the surrounding area.
