Oaklands Farm - Cottage 5

Cottage 5 is a single-storey annexe at Oaklands Farm near East Tytherley, designed as a self-contained retreat within the owners' grounds. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner, a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with a super kingsize bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage accommodates two people and one pet at no extra charge.

Outside, a patio with seating overlooks the grounds, and there's parking for two cars on site. A shared tennis court is available to guests (bring your own equipment). The village sits within the Test Valley, surrounded by country lanes suitable for walking and cycling. The cottage is no-smoking; dogs are welcome but the garden is not enclosed, so they need to be kept on a lead.
