Ron’s House

Broadstairs has seven beaches, and Ron's House faces one of them directly. Stone Bay stretches for 200 metres of golden sand, backed by a promenade; you can reach it in moments. The town itself is a proper seaside resort—Victorian terraces, an open-air swimming pool, fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours. In August it hosts Folk Week. The Thanet Coast Path runs through here if you want to walk or cycle further afield.

The house holds ten people across five bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over three floors. Ground floor has the kitchen and dining area (renovated in 2022), a conservatory, a games room with table football and table tennis, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are the bedrooms and shower room; the top floor adds another shower room and a second separate toilet. The kitchen has a full cooker, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, as is wifi. Outside there's a lawned garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park a car in the garage or two more in the private spaces on site.

Groups of friends or extended families find this works well. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house is non-smoking. You'll arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am.
