Yesterday we watched Spiderman on Screen X 3D, I will not recommend this screen to anyone who is planning. I will only watch 2D on Screen X from now on. Its too DARK screen on 3D. I will share you the screen video below from 17. Dear Team pls change if its a screen issue. Please watch on 2D screen X if possible🙂

I have a monthly pass so visit here 4+ times a month. 99% positive experience. Young staff are always helpful and they have a vast array of screens. The 4dx is cool and worth it for a one off big movie. The screenX where the movie is projected down both sides is also a novel experience. The IMAX screen has wonderful sound and picture. The only issue I have is with the largest two tier screen, as the light (think it is screen 12). As the walkway lighting in the left hand side of the theatre impacts the left hand side of the screen. I have spoken to a manager about it a few months ago, however she was particularly u helpful. I wish I could remember her name to list it here. This is the only thing which needs sorting. Overall the cinema is amazing. Kind regards, Oliver Nash Author Of The Primate Puzzle children’s novel raising money for Great Ormond street

Watched 'The Odyssey' in the IMAX screen, it was a hot day and the screening was fully booked. Ambient temperature in the room was 29 degrees, it was sweltering with zero breeze, AC or even any form of heat extraction. The film was great but it definitely made it a really uncomfortable experience, PLEASE install AC. -- Update, turns out they KNEW they had AC issues all day and had cancelled some other screenings because of the heat - they were telling people who were trying to scan tickets AFTER they had bought snacks, no advanced warning and would not refund snacks for people who wanted to leave. Considering the heat, them knowing about the issues - you'd maybe expect a free bottle of water but Cineworld just used it as an excuse to milk their expensive drinks (£8.60 for two bottles of coke). Absolutely never going back, whoever is managing this place is negligent.

How do you cancel a showing of a film, without informing any one who bought a ticket until we at the door waiting to go in. Shocking If you know your canceling a film and have cancelled others within that screen due to broken ac! Cancel all the tickets early so we get emails to say so.. so at least we have half a chance to see the film else where on day of release. Or at least give us the option if we want to sit in the room with broken ac, offer free water. Grown adults can choose if it’s too hot etc Offer a free ticket or popcorn
