The Annex

The Annex is a two-bedroom holiday home attached to a Grade II listed cottage, positioned on the banks of the River Exe in Mid Devon. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—one with a bath, one with a shower—and both are doubles. Downstairs, a living room overlooks the water and contains a smart TV, electric fire and games console, while the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with electric oven, hob and microwave. One pet stays free, and there is parking for three cars on site. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included.

A patio with garden furniture and a barbecue opens onto the riverside garden, where you can eat outside and watch the water pass. The property is unfenced and sits directly on the river's edge, so young children need supervision. Exeter is 10 miles away; Tiverton, just 4 miles. The Devon Railway Centre is nearby, and the location suits anyone wanting riverside walks or access to the moorland and coastline beyond. A restaurant lies just over the bridge from the shared lawn area.
