3a Edinburgh Villas

3a Edinburgh Villas is a historic listed building on the upper edge of Torquay, a few minutes' walk from the town centre and its restaurants, pubs and seafront. The property sleeps four: a double bedroom with ensuite shower on the first floor, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and its own ensuite. Downstairs there is a living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room, kitchen, and an additional toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and WiFi are all included in your stay. One dog can stay free of charge. A public car park is directly opposite. No smoking is permitted inside. From here, Torquay's green, tennis courts and beaches are all within easy reach on foot.
