Suzie’s Pad

Suzie's Pad is a three-bedroom house in Torbay, a ten-minute walk from Torquay seafront. The property comes ready for a holiday: electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, and there's a welcome pack on arrival. One pet stays free, and there's parking for one car on site with additional spaces nearby. No smoking inside.

Downstairs, a porch leads into an open-plan living and dining room with a Smart TV, and a separate kitchen equipped for proper cooking – oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine all here. A door from the kitchen opens to a decked courtyard with garden furniture and an outdoor tap. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin with two single beds, plus two bathrooms – a shower room and a bath with shower attachment. Storage and hanging rails in each bedroom help contain luggage. The house has gas central heating.

The location suits anyone wanting easy access to Torquay's beaches, the train station (three-quarters of a mile away), or the wider English Riviera. Exeter and Dartmouth are also within reach for day trips.
