62 Moorings Reach is a modern apartment on the third floor of a development overlooking Brixham marina. Lift access and two steps bring you to the entrance, where you have the whole place to yourself—three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living space that opens onto a balcony facing the water. The building sits back from the waterfront enough to offer quiet, but close enough that you wake to views of the harbour and the activity around it.
