9 Dolphin Court is a second-floor apartment in a small block overlooking Brixham harbour and the bay. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; a bathroom with bath and shower; heating and hot water; wi-fi; bed linen and towels. There is allocated parking for one car on site. The 21 steps to the entrance should be noted.
The open-plan living space contains a king-size bedroom, a sitting area with a 32-inch Freeview TV, BT Sports and Blu-ray player, and a separate dining area. From the windows, the seascape across the bay is visible. The apartment suits two people and does not permit smoking.
Brixham is a working fishing port with restaurants and bars clustered around the harbour, mostly a short walk downhill from the apartment. Breakwater Beach, a Blue Flag spot with an outdoor seawater lido, is ten minutes on foot away. The South West Coastal Path runs through the area for longer walks, and boat trips to nearby attractions depart regularly from the harbour.
