Apartment 12 is a ground-floor unit with a straightforward layout: living and dining space with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen fitted with electric oven and gas hob, a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment accommodates four guests and welcomes one pet. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, and there is parking on site. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The property has access to a patio with seating and to shared grounds with further sitting areas. The building sits within walking distance of Torquay's beaches, marina and town centre. Paignton Zoo is roughly a mile away, and Dartmouth, Dartmoor and Salcombe are all reachable by car. Totnes, an Elizabethan market town, lies under 30 minutes' drive, as does Exeter. The apartment does not permit smoking. Note that the grounds contain multiple steps.
