Apartment 14 works well for families, couples or small groups wanting a seaside base without the hotel formality. It sleeps six across two bedrooms—a kingsize and two singles—with two bathrooms, so there's space to spread out. The ground-floor layout means no stairs to negotiate with luggage or pushchairs. A sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping flexibility if needed, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine mean you can cook proper meals or handle laundry without leaving the property. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. There's a patio with seating and a balcony for outdoor space, plus on-site parking. The ground itself has sitting areas, though there are steps around the shared grounds to be aware of.
Torquay's beaches lie within walking distance. Paignton Zoo is roughly a mile away, and the town centre with its shops and harbourside is close by. Further afield, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and Exeter are easily reachable for day trips. The apartment is non-smoking throughout.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay at Osborne Apartments! I stayed for 2 nights and had a brilliant experience. The service was great, the facilities were spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect definitely make time to visit Torquay Marina and Abbey Sands, both just a short walk away. I’ll definitely be returning to Torquay and choosing Osborne Apartments again.

Fantastic experience. Great acomodation. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a retreat to a scenic place with all comforts and beyond. The sea is just a 5 min walk. The swimming pool is a great adition in case you fancy a relaxing swim. Seamless check in process and super friendly and helpful staff.

Spent a wonderful 4 days staying in one of the Osborne Apartments with my daughter. We were very lucky with the weather, wall to wall sunshine, so we were able to use the pool and sun terrace. It felt like we were in the Mediterranean not Devon. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was absolutely lovely and spacious. The complimentary teas and coffees were a welcomed bonus. Although we didn't have a sea view directly from our apartment, with only a short stroll from our place was a garden bar with stunning sea views. We even managed to have a quick dip in the outdoor pool, which was a perfect end to our perfect stay. Thank you.... We'll definitely be back again....
